3 Minute Workout- Day 6- Abs

This is Day 6 or the Extra Day of the 3 Minute Workout Series called “NO MORE EXCUSES”!!!!
This is an Ab Workout that’ll make your abs burn! It’ll help give you a flat tummy in no time! Get that sexy six-pack now!
You can use this workout as your Friday workout or you can take all the Days 1-6, and spread them out over your whole day and do that 2-3 times per week, or you can do them all at once for a 25-30 minute workout… and do that 2-3 times per week. All kinds of ways you can use this series.

If you have a hard time finding time to workout, or dread working out, or don’t have any money for a gym membership, or find it hard to leave the office to get your workout in, or have kids that keep you busy with very little time for yourself…

3 Minute Workout Series- Day 2- Quads, Shoulders, & Biceps

Tone and Slim your arms & legs with Clifta
This workout takes 10-15 minutes!

This Quick Workout will help tone, slim, and tighten your biceps, triceps, core, quads, hamstrings, and BUTT! It will also help you with balance and cardiovascular conditioning! And the best part is that it takes about 10-15 minutes!

It’s a little mini workout and can be done 2 to 3 times per week with at least one day rest in between each workout. UNLESS you get sore… then you should wait until you aren’t sore before you do this workout again.

Part 1- Chest/Push Up Series with Clifta- Exercise Tip

Reno Personal Trainer Clifta Coulter Perez Gets her horse ready for Horse Show

This is one of my newest videos about me clipping my horse to get ready for the 2009 show season here in Reno, Nevada.

Although it has nothing to do with the gym… it does have to do with being outdoors and being active and doing something that I love to do and have fun with… which is part of being healthy and fit and happy! 🙂

I competed in bodybuilding… from 1985 to 1996 and turned Pro in 1996 at the USA Bodybuilding Championships. What most of you may not know about me is that my “first love” before bodybuilding and working out were… HORSES! Reno Personal Fitness Trainer Video- Lose Weight with Clifta

Hi Everyone,

I got my 3rd Video clip done for http://www.clifta.com .

It’s a Promo clip for my personal fitness training business. It shows a couple clients that lost weight… John Nichols and Danielle Palermo. They are both doing my “Fat Burning Program” and are getting huge results!

Rene Racicot (figure competitor) shows off her great shoulders, as well as her shoulder training shoes and says they make her shoulders look better.

And then there’s Judge Patrick Flanagan working out hard and loving it! He is always so positive and inspiring and loves to work hard. He even asks for more weight. hahaha. What client does that? lol!
