  1. YouTube Channel real cool.

  2. Helo Clifta,
I just wanted to compliment you on your overall success. You look so good and you talk so gracefully I love that. I have been watching your videos on your website and on youtube for the past week and I have learnt so much from you. I came to USA from Africa 8 years ago I was so a very skinny African girl and I blew up within a year in USA then I decided to educate myself about eating healthy and exercising. I have put on some mass but I signed up for a transformation competition this July 16th, 2011 and my legs are still big. I have some definition in almost all my body parts but my legs are just the same. I push so much weight during my leg workout I am not doing 300lbs on a leg press I do 6 sets per muscle group per exercise but there is nothing showing at all and I’ve been working out intensely for atleast 6 months now. Please advise me on what to do. Thanks.

  3. Hi,

Thank you for your nice comments!

Alot of the time, when you first start training you’ll see results and your body will change, but then you get to the point where you want to change more and you’re not. When that happens… you usually have to increase your cardio and change your diet.

How much cardio are you doing and what? When I’m getting ready for a contest… I like to do 2 sessions per day, each about 30-45 minutes depending on how close I am to my show.

The biggest part of any transformation journey is you diet! Diet is 70-75% of the whole process, so if you’re diet is off, then you won’t be able to get as lean as you’d like to.

    Hope this helps…
    Clifta
